Maintenance
The Bauporte service team is on standby for you 24/7 in the unlikely event that there is any kind of problem. You will see that with our extension numbers at Bauporte, you will be helped immediately, whether it’s 5:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning – we are here for you. When installations are concerned, our first priority is to find the problem with the modem connection. During this connection, we can determine the problem within only a few minutes. This is because we can read the PLC with the modem and immediately see what is the matter. To help you out at that very minute, we can install an electronic bridge ourselves to make the door revolve again, after which the mechanic will come over the following day with the right materials.
Bauporte also has a service department with which we can offer various service levels:
Bronze
Minor maintenance twice a year.
This does not include materials to be replaced.
Service network is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the basis of subsequent costing.
Silver
Minor maintenance twice a year as well as major maintenance twice a year. If materials no older than 4 years need to be replaced, only 1/3 of the cost price is charged. After 4 years, 100% of the cost price is charged.
Gold
Minor maintenance as well as major maintenance. Administration, labour and travel costs in aid of maintenance. The worn materials are replaced without further cost. With this maintenance contract, we can give you up to a 30-year guarantee!
