Land securities: “determines the exclusive atmosphere"

Following the developed entrances for the 62 Buckingham Gate project, our client Land securities commissioned Bauporte to develop an entrance design for the neighbouring Google building. The way the entrance was integrated in the staggered, curved gable was the ultimate challenge for Bauporte.

The architect submitted demands to Bauporte for “her own design”, in addition to lots of glass and height. In this project, Bauporte made CFV 2800 AY revolving doors and four Elegance BDD1 swing doors with in-ground motors. You can see the focus on unique details in the lamp in the main hall, built from 3,500 spectacle lenses. All unique details in a building that always starts with the Bauporte entrance doors
